Odyssey of the Mind Competition

Guardians,
Odyssey of the Mind Coaches Training Monday, December 10 from 6-9 PM in the GEM Portable. This is important Training for Parents interested in Coaching an Odyssey of the Mind Team. Please contact Kathi Lucey, GEM at 5794819 or send a email for more details.
General Information:
Odyssey of The Mind is an international educational program that
provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from
kindergarten through college. We would like to start some teams
here at DeGrazia. The teams are made up of 5-6 students.
They work together with a coach on a solution to a problem. A
summary of the problem types can be viewed on the web. You can go to

In the Spring there is a competition. The competition starts at
Regional level, then goes to State, and World. In the world
competition there are teams represented from all over the world.
