Home Ec Introduction
Home Ec is a quarter class with different teachers. Mrs. Reich teaches the sections that cover exploration of personality, communication, relationships, child development, textiles, and sewing. Mrs. Veeder's class covers the food related curriculum including nutrition, food safety and labs that cover food preparation.
