I am a member of Coyote Trail because
. . . When you walk through the doors, you are welcomed as family. The standards are high, but the atmosphere is fun, respectful, and also caring. It’s the people that make Coyote Trail the special place that it is—teachers, staff, administrators, the families and their students, as well as the Marana community. I can’t imagine a better school to be a member of.About me
. . .I began teaching 20 years ago, and after taking a break to stay home with my son, Aaron, I came to Coyote Trail in 2003. I grew up in Wyoming, and spent time in Washington State and Colorado before settling in Tucson. I am fortunate to spend most of my summers in Wyoming with my family. What I do at Coyote Trail
. . . I teach Kindergarten at Coyote Trail. We have an all day kindergarten program, and I work closely with our kindergarten team to create a program for our students that incorporates a wide range of activities and experiences that are designed to help our students meet the state standards, as well as make their first introduction to school a positive and fun experience.
