I am ecstatic to be returning home to Marana Middle School!  I began my career here at the Nest, and I cannot wait to continue learning with my Falcons. 

Teaching at MUSD for the duration of my career, I have served as an Instructional Technologist, Teaching and Technology Coach, and Geography teacher at MMS and Marana High School. Additionally, I was able to serve as an Associate Principal at MHS for three years. I am thrilled to be the Educational Services AP at Marana Middle!

I was born in Texas, but I have lived in Tucson since I was three. I am a proud alumna of University of Arizona with a Bachelor's Degree in History/Sociology, and I have two Master’s Degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.  

I have been married to a wonderful man and we have one fabulous son. We are a busy family that enjoys going to the lake, camping and traveling in between our crazy schedules of sports and busy social lives. 

Being able to continue to serve the Marana community, parents, and students with my love of all aspects of teaching and innovation is my honor.  The art of teaching, student learning, and education have my heart and I am excited to expand my knowledge and start this new adventure!  Go Falcons!
