A choir for sopranos and altos who are freshmen or first-time singers, Women's Chorale performs in the OneVoice, Marana Does Broadway, and OneWorld concerts. They combine with Vivo Choir to create the Master Chorale in December, and participate in the Solo & Ensemble Tier competition along with Men's Chorale.

A choir for tenors and basses who are freshmen or first-time singers, Men's Chorale performs in the OneVoice, Marana Does Broadway, and OneWorld concerts. They combine with Symphonic and Concert Choir to create the Masterwork Choir in December, and participate in the Solo & Ensemble Tier competition along with Women's Chorale.

Concert Choir is an SATB choir of 10-12 graders designed to strengthen singers in both the skills and culture of the Marana Choir Program. Concert Choir performs in the OneVoice, Marana Does Broadway, and OneWorld concerts. They combine with Symphonic Choir and Men's Chorale to create the Masterwork Choir in December.

Vivo Select Women's Choir is an ensemble for upperclassmen sopranos and altos. Vivo performs in OneVoice and OneWorld concerts, and combines with Women's Chorale to form the Master Chorale at the Masterworks concert in December. The focal point of Vivo is the annual Vivo Concert, a completely self-curated event examining a period of American history and comparing it to their own experiences through song, visual art, dance, and spoken word.

The flagship ensemble of Marana High School Choir, Symphonic Choir can be seen at dozens of campus and community events throughout the year. Symphonic Choir participates in OneVoice, OneWorld, and Masterwork Concerts. Symphonic Choir collaborates with Marana's Jazz Band to present the annual Jazz Night concert, the summative culmination of training in the Marana Choir Program. Symphonic Choir can be seen annual at the Marana State of the Town Address, the Town of Marana Holiday Tree Lighting, and has been the featured public school ensemble for the Tucson Desert Song Festival.

Prima Chamber Choir is an extracurricular small ensemble featuring the top voices of the Marana Choir Program. With a focus on collegiate and professional-level literature, preparation, and rehearsal, Prima performs regularly in the community and collaborates with many other groups. In 2017 Prima Chamber Choir was awarded Best in Class for Vocal Ensemble in the state of Arizona.
