Civics Standards Test

The American Civics Act (House Bill 2064) requires students to pass a civics test based on the United States Immigration and Naturalization civics questions in order to graduate high school.
Since students are exposed to civics standards in middle school, 8th grade students are provided the opportunity to take this assessment at the end of their 8th grade school year.
