Our WEB Orientation is our transition program for incoming 7th graders. During WEB incoming 7th graders have an opportunity to meet other incoming 7th graders from our 6 feeders schools, get a tour of campus, get to know their WEB Leaders, participate in an interactive, high energy assembly, and get excited for their school year.

The WEB Leaders are hand chosen 8th grade students and are trained for two days before the orientation. They learn how to run activities in a small group and how to ease the fears of transition. During the school year, WEB leaders conduct lessons in classes to further ease the transition and teach 7th graders valuable skills they will use throughout their life.
