  • ADDITIONAL BENEFITS**

    Stipend for Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SP):  $2,000.00
    *Override Retention Stipend: $500 paid in December and $500 paid at the conclusion of contract.
    Performance Based Pay Stipend:   SLP must participate in the building PBP plan. Amount changes year to year, $3,179.26 paid in 2020-2021.
    Medical Insurance˄:   1) Employer paid medical insurance for employee only or, 2) Health Saving Account contribution up to $1,000 with enrollment in the HDHP plan or, 3) $400 annual allotment towards district dental, vision & voluntary life insurance plan if waiving medical insurance plan
    Dental Insurance˄:  Choice of two dental plans at full premium
    Vision Insurance˄:  Available at full premium cost to employee
    Employee Assistance Program (EAP):  Covered at 100% for household
    Life Insurance˄:  Covered at 1.3 times employee salary
    Voluntary Programs˄:  Supplemental life insurance, Colonial plans, Horace Mann, Legalshield
    Leave:  12 days of leave time earned each year
