Front Office Secured Access Point

Safety is our first priority, and the Marana district is always looking for ways to improve campus security.  To that end, we continue to assess and evaluate points of access to our campuses. We are pleased to announce that during Spring break 2019, an electronic door leading to campus was installed in the main office of each elementary school. This secured access point allows students and adults to enter the school's office lobby, while preventing anyone from entering campus unless they are “buzzed in”. 

     

    The District is committed to the safety and well-being of students and staff and this is an additional layer of security at schools across the District as a result of voters approving the 2014 School Improvement Bond.
