The Marana Unified School District considers the safety and well-being of students to be our highest priority. We believe it is the right of every student to be educated in a positive, safe, caring, and respectful learning environment, free from bullying and threats of violence, crisis, weapons, fights, and other urgent situations. The District also recognizes that we live in a fast-paced, constantly changing world where the use of technology and online communications are prevalent. It is more important than ever to be proactive and provide trusted and simple tools to easily report threats and concerns.
The SpeakUp safety tip line provides a simple way for students, parents, and community members to easily report concerns of bullying, threats of violence, weapons brought to school, planned fights, students in crisis, and other urgent situations.
