Cougar Points of Pride celebrate the individuality of our school's accomplishments, programs, activities and people. Shared regularly on social media, these highlights (affectionately known as POP's) highlight some of the unique aspects that make our school, and our Cougars, so special.

From our red carpet welcome on the first day of school to our promotion ceremony the last day of 8th grade, we celebrate our students’ personal and academic milestones! A comprehensive middle school, Tortolita Middle offers diverse classes, a variety of competitive sports, high school level courses, and numerous opportunities to prepare for high school. Our students not only learn the content, they learn how to be better students, respectful peers, and how to advocate for themselves. By tracking academic growth and identifying individual strengths, students learn to hold themselves accountable. We celebrate student effort too; our end-of-year EPIC Celebration honors those who gave their best!
