Destruction of Information

This is to advise you that the Marana Unified School District will destroy all special education data and information on students who have been in special education programs and who were born during the year 1999.
However, the information contained in these records may be needed for other purposes, such as documentation for eligibility for social security benefits.
Before these records are destroyed, parents and/or eligible students have the right to review the records and obtain copies of any information. Interested parents and/or eligible students should contact:
