Provides strategic central human resources functions and is responsible for recruitment, onboarding of new hires, orientation, hiring and applicant tracking of certified, support, exempt and substitute staff. Additionally, the HR department offers training, assistance with leaves of absence, teacher certification assistance, payroll and other employment needs.
