    21st CCLC LogoThe Marana Unified School District is proud to offer multiple Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center afterschool programs funded by a Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the Arizona Department of Education. 

    CCLC’s offer amazing afterschool high-quality academic intervention and enrichment activities for students along with a broad array of youth development opportunities and parent engagement. This federally-funded site-specific program provides opportunities for students to engage in new and exciting learning opportunities and explore their personal interests, recreational and intellectual topics that are often not available during the school day while being able to forge new relationships with friends. 

    The Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers afterschool program is offered at the following schools within the Marana district:

    Before and afterschool enrichment and tutoring activities may include cooking, gardening, STEM, Drama, Art, Sign Language, Quilting, Creative Writing, Music, Crafts, Speed and Conditioning Training, Cardio, Chess, Agriculture, Odyssey of the Mind, Yoga, Fitness Circuits, Cheerleading, Dance, Guitar, Ceramics, Photography, and many more!
