It is my pleasure to welcome you to Picture Rocks Elementary. As the attendance clerk, I am responsible for enrolling students and for keeping a record of student attendance. 

In order to report your child’s absence, please call the office at (520) 616-3700. You can reach the attendance hotline by selecting 1 or you can speak directly with the office staff by selecting 0. Please include your child’s name, teacher, contact number and the reason for the absence, and when your child will return to school. 

The Administration office is open from 7:00 – 3:00. Please feel free to come by anytime. 

If you need to make a change to your child’s dismissal, please call the office before 1:30 Monday – Thursday to ensure that we get the message to your child’s teacher. Please call before noon of Friday. 

I work closely with Kathy Charbonneau, our school secretary, and Bettina Stagner our Health Aide, to ensure that all students and parents enjoy a warm and inviting atmosphere. We welcome any suggestions and are ready to take care of any of your concerns.
