Interscholastic activities play an integral part of a student's overall educational experience. These activities teach our students values such as commitment, discipline, hard work, leadership, teamwork, and physical fitness, all of which are a foundation for academic success. Participation in athletic activities contributes to the physical, emotional, and social health of our students.

Important Information 

The following must be completed for participation in student athletics: 

1.  Athletics Fees:

• The cost - A $65.00 per sport fee with a maximum of $195.00 per individual.
• There is a cap at each school of $365.00 per family. 

2.  Register:

• Registration for MMS Athletics is done online at RegisterMyAthlete.com. To enroll your child, just login to the site and create an account. Parents of incoming 8th graders may login to the same account used last year. 

3.  Sports Physical:

• All athletes must have a completed sports physical to participate. At the middle school, sports physicals are good for two years, so an 8th grade athlete who submitted a physical last year, won’t need to get another physical. Please note that the physical is good for two years from the date of the physical. Physicals are only accepted on the District-approved forms.
