If you need to submit an official transcript to the College or University you will be attending, please read the instructions below:
- Email the registrar's office.
- Include in your email:
- Your Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Name of the College with their Mailing Address.
Final Official Transcript request to be mailed in June to the College or University you have been accepted to.
Request forms are available in the registrar’s office. Contact the registrar's office by phone at 520-616-6400 ext. 5443 or email the registrar's office.
- For an official Transcript please complete the full-size form. If you are under 18, you will need to have a parent/guardian sign the form.
- For an unofficial transcript please request and complete a half sheet form, available from the Registrar Office. Parent/Guardian signature is not required.
Place completed request forms in the bottom bin in the registrar office or mail to Marana High School. Requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
