State-of-the-Art Athletics
Marana High School offers dozens of athletic options including baseball, basketball, cheer, cross country, dance, football, gold, soccer, softball, swim, tennis, volleyball, track and field, wrestling.
Graduation Requirements
A minimum number of units of credit are required for graduation by the Arizona State Board of Education. Students must complete a minimum of 22 units/credits in order to receive a high school diploma.

We ask all students and staff to be Proud to be a Tiger, Plan for what is Next, and Learn for Transfer. We help students plan for the next phases of life as they grow throughout high school.

The Marana Unified School District Summer Success program provides quality online and in-person high school credit advancement and credit retrieval tailored to meet individual student needs in grades 9-12.

The ceremony, which will also be livestreamed, will be hosted on May 22 at 8 p.m. at the Marana High School football stadium.

Enjoy a free musical concert featuring the Marana Winds and the Marana Big Phat Jazz Band on Thursday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium at Mountain View High School.

Marana High School Welding Club students created a saddle holder to display the saddle trophy that the MHS Girls Flag Football team won during this year’s rivalry game against Mountain View High School.

The Arizona Department of Education has released A-F School Letter Grades scores based on data from the 2022-23 school year and DeGrazia Elementary School received an B Letter Grade.

100% of Marana High School students are required to earn credit in either a Fine Arts or a CTE elective to graduate. Students have the opportunity to select two to three electives each year of their high school career.

Marana High School is pleased to announce the achievement of Level 1 certification in Marzano High-Reliability Schools™. Level 1 certification means our school has created a “Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture,” which is the foundation for every level that follows.
