Dental Assisting
Program Description:
The Dental Assisting Program spans over a comprehensive two-year curriculum designed to equip students with an in-depth understanding of dental procedures and practices. Throughout the program, students prepare for the national radiology exam, gaining proficiency in taking and interpreting dental X-rays, an essential skill in dental assisting. Additionally, the program offers externship opportunities, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in real-world dental settings, fostering their practical skills and understanding. Moreover, this program opens doors to various paths within the dental field, providing avenues for students to explore diverse career opportunities beyond traditional dental assisting roles.
NOTE: MHS is currently an off-site program.
