Celebrating Excellence: RRE Celebrates being an A+ School of Excellence!

We’re excited to share that Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary School has been officially named an A+ School of Excellence™ by the Arizona Educational Foundation (AEF)—a prestigious honor that celebrates high achievement, exceptional leadership, and a strong commitment to student success.

To mark this incredible accomplishment of earning A+ school of excellence, RRE hosted a schoolwide celebration filled with food, bounce houses, music, games, and fun—a well-deserved day of joy for the students and staff who made this award possible!

The entire school community came together to celebrate not just the recognition itself, but the daily dedication, teamwork, and positivity that earned them the title. Teachers, staff, and students have worked hard all year long, and this celebration was a meaningful way to say: "We did it—together!"

• Delicious food and treats for students and staff
• Music and dancing to keep the energy high
• Games that brought smiles to every face
• Photo ops and A+ spirit gear to commemorate the achievement, every student received a new school shirt designed by sixth grader Avery Braswell.
• A schoolwide atmosphere of pride, unity, and fun!
• All Teachers and Staff received a “Championship A+” Ring

Being named an A+ School of Excellence™ is about more than just performance—it's about building a strong, inclusive, and supportive school culture. This celebration reflected that spirit, and we’re proud of every student and staff member who made this day, and this award, possible.
