Gladden Farms Elementary LEAP & Preschool Earns 5-Star Rating from Quality First!

The Gladden Farms Elementary Before and After School LEAP program and Preschool has earned its first 5-star rating from Quality First, Arizona’s top rating for early childhood programs.

The Quality First Star Rating System is a voluntary program designed to help Arizona families identify high-quality child care and early education providers. Ratings are based on thorough assessments using research-based tools that evaluate critical aspects of early learning environments, such as adult-child interactions, classroom quality, and staff qualifications.

Earning a 5-star rating is the highest recognition a program can receive, reflecting a commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care. Gladden Farms Elementary Preschool now joins the ranks of other top-performing preschools in Marana Unified School District, where all MUSD preschool programs currently hold 4- or 5-star ratings from Quality First.
