Introducing: Tangerine Farms K8 Javelina Mascot!

 Tangerine Farms K-8 School is excited to announce the debut of its new school mascot: the Javelina! This spirited animal will symbolize the school’s commitment to strength, resilience, and community.

To accommodate students of all ages, two mascots were designed - the primary mascot, featured in a circle, and a secondary mascot, which will be used to represent middle school student clubs, athletics, and more. The Javelina is a welcomed addition to the

The javelina was adopted as the mascot following a year of input and collaboration from students, staff, and the broader community. The javelina, known for its determination and teamwork, perfectly embodies the values that Tangerine Farms strives to instill in its students.

"We chose the Javelina because it represents the spirit of perseverance," said Principal Zach Singer. The Javelina is strong, resourceful, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes its way."

The new mascot will be prominently featured in the school and at events, on spirit wear, and on athletic team uniforms. Students will have the opportunity to engage with the mascot through various school activities, including pep rallies, sporting events, and classroom initiatives designed to promote teamwork and school pride.
