MHS Wins Best School, Principal, Mascot in Best of the Northwest Contest!

WINNING! Tucson Local Media Best of the Northwest contest announces the 2025 winners. Caitlyn Kauffman was named best principal, and Marana High School was named best school and mascot!

The Marana Unified School District would like to thank the voters who energetically recognized our district, educators, and schools in the Tucson Local Media Best of the Northwest 2025 competition! The results, featured in the Northwest Explorer, Marana News, and Foothills News, honored our District in numerous categories.
