Mrs. Pargas Earns Nat'l Cert. School Nurse Credential

Congratulations to Mrs. Nicole Pargas, Director of Health Services, who received her Nationally Certified School Nurse credential. With this certification, she has met the highest national standards for school nursing care and will continue to provide high quality support to all of our school nurses and our students.

The Nationally Certified School Nurse (NCSN) credential, through the National Board for Certification of School Nurses (NBCSN), reflects competence and professionalism. It is recognized as a nationally accredited credential that demonstrates a high level of education, clinical practice experience, and knowledge. NBCSN advances the quality of school health services & school nurse practice.

Along with this achievement, Mrs. Pargas has been selected to present at the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois this June. The NASN2024 conference will host school nurses and school health team members from all over the world to participate in a learning event that promotes the power of collaboration.
