MUSD Governing Board Selects Jenna Bissonette as Principal for Coyote Trail Elementary School

The Marana Unified School District announces the selection of Mrs. Jenna Bissonette as Principal of Coyote Trail Elementary School. 

The MUSD Governing Board members voted during their March 14 meeting in favor of hiring Mrs. Bissonette for the role. Mrs. Bissonette will assume the position effective July 1, 2024. Mr. Dan Johnson is currently the principal.

Mrs. Bissonette was selected following an extensive interview process with the Coyote Trail Elementary School Principal Selection Committee, as well as the finalist interviews with Dr. Lopez, Governing Board President, and Dr. Streeter, Superintendent.

Mrs. Bissonette received her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the Northern Arizona University in 2021. Mrs. Bissonette currently serves as the Associate Principal at Coyote Trail, and previously she was a 4th grade teacher at the school for six years.

Her strong experience in education, coupled with her approach to leadership and relationship building, make her an ideal candidate to lead Coyote Trail Elementary School into its next chapter of success.”
