Postvale Road: Permanent Closure in NW Marana

The Town of Marana has announced an upcoming permanent road closure in Northwest Marana.

Beginning November 24, 2025, Postvale Road, between Moore Road and Barnett Road will be permanently closed to accommodate construction for the new Monarch Block 2 housing development.

This section of Postvale Road, which previously crossed open farmland, will be removed as the area is redeveloped. As part of the Monarch community project, new roadways will be constructed to create a connected street network supporting future neighborhood access.

Families and staff who typically travel through this area are encouraged to plan alternate routes. We appreciate your support as our community continues to grow and improve local infrastructure.
