Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary School received a PBIS AZ Model School Award! This award identifies schools that exemplify best practices in the implementation of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) in Tier 1 by the administration of the SET (School-wide Evaluation Tool).
Rattlesnake Ridge scored at fidelity of the implementation of Tiers 2 and 3 by the administration of the ISSET (Individual Student Systems Evaluation Tool).
The purpose of the AZPBIS Achievement Award is to identify and recognize schools for successful implementation and measurable student outcomes with School-wide Systems of Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS). Criteria are based on the effective implementation of the essential PBIS components outlined by the National Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support.
