Provide exceptional services in support of the District goals and priorities by providing professional, ethical and effective procurement practices through skill, dedication and teamwork.
- Ensure District compliance with all State, District, and Board policies.
- Continued involvement in Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO), National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP), and cooperative purchasing organizations.
- Open and honest forum for two-way communication between District staff, schools, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors who share our vision and support of World-Class education.
- Continuous improvement and training of purchasing processes while ensuring proper accountability at all levels of the purchasing process.
- Continued process of reviewing purchasing alternatives to ensure the "maximum value" for the District's dollars.
