    Full-day Kindergarten

All MUSD elementary schools provide FREE, full-day program!

The Marana Unified School District recognizes the significant importance of early education and its impact on future academic success. MUSD test results show students exposed to full-day kindergarten have greater success in learning essential early academic skills.

Our full-day kindergarten program is developmentally and individually appropriate in addressing cognitive, social, emotional and physical areas of development. The extra time for the full day program allows teachers to challenge students, provide for differentiated instruction, and spend extra time on difficult concepts.

Parents of students five (5) years of age prior to September 1* of the current school year may register at any MUSD elementary school. *Exception may apply: contact the school principal to discuss. Once enrolled, students will sign up for a Kindergarten Screening Day.
