  • Kindergarten Screening Opportunity:  Twin Peaks offers screenings for incoming kindergarten students.  Screenings will be held on Friday, June 28 and Wednesday, July 17 at 8:00am-2:00pm.  Please call the school office to schedule an appointment.

  • Parent Orientations for Grades 1-7:  Parent Orientations will be held in the evening during the second week of school. See the calendar for specific dates and times. This is an important event for all parents to attend.  In addition to classroom orientations, the principal will offer a session about our new student report card and general school information at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria each evening.

  • Boo Hoo/Woo Hoo Breakfast for Kindergarten Parents:  On the first day of school, kindergarten parents are invited to the cafeteria for our Boo Hoo/Woo Hoo Breakfast.  After you drop off your child in their classroom, join us in the cafeteria to meet other kindergarten parents.  Some of you may cry, and some of you may cheer.  Celebrate this milestone together and connect with your school community.

  • First Day of School:  We are excited to welcome students back to school on Monday, August 5.  Our new school hours will be:  K-5:  Mon.-Thurs. 8:15-2:35 and Fri. 8:15-12:55.  6-8:  Mon.-Thurs. 8:15-3:20 and Fri. 8:15-1:40.

  • Meet the Teacher Event for Grades 1-7:  On Friday, August 2 at 2:00-3:00pm drop off school supplies, find your classroom, and meet your child’s teacher. Come and go event.

  • Kindergarten Parent Orientation:  Join your child’s kindergarten teacher in the classroom for a parent and child orientation on Thursday, August 1 at 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Please plan to arrive on time and stay for the entire hour.  You may also drop off school supplies.

  • Summer Registration Event for Grades 6-7:  Twin Peaks will host registration for sixth and seventh grade students and parents on Thursday, July 25. We will be available 7:00-10:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m., and you may come at a time that is convenient for you.

  • Teacher Assignments:  Find out your child’s teacher assignment at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 2 on MUSD Connection. Activation keys will be mailed for incoming kindergarteners and newly enrolled students.

  • New Teen Extended Day Program: In addition to LEAP, Twin Peaks will also offer a Teen Extended Day (TED) Program for sixth and seventh grade students from 6:00am to 5:00pm.  An activity bus will be available at 5:00pm Monday through Thursday for Twin Peaks’ bus stops.  You may now sign up for LEAP and TED for next year.  Limited space available.

  • Twin Peaks Expands to K-8!: To continue to serve our community’s growth and provide additional academic choice, the Marana district announces the expansion of Twin Peaks to include 7th and 8th grades! Coming in fall 2019, the school will offer preK-7 and in fall 2020, the school will offer preK-8. Learn more about Twin Peaks K-8 expansion
