Twin Peaks K-8 Earns 2020 PBISaz amAZing Award

Twin Peaks staff on outdoor stage Congratulations to Twin Peaks K-8 for earning the 2020 PBISazamAZing Award recognizing the extra efforts schools put forth to adapt PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Supports) to remote learning and supporting the needs of their school community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Twin Peaks K-8, in the Marana Unified School District, cares about providing a positive and safe learning environment for our students and community.  Dondi Luce, Twin Peaks K-8 Principal states, “This award recognizes the dedication of school staff and our community to uphold our school expectations every day: Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn. Together we are building a school culture that is more positive, proactive, and supportive for all our students so that they can be successful citizens and leaders of our nation."

The PBISaz amAZing award will be proudly displayed in the school office and on the Twin Peaks website. Ms. Luce proudly shares, “At Twin Peaks K – 8 we are Pawsitively Proud of our Tigers and Tiger Cubs!”
