Over 180 MUSD students from Twin Peaks K8, Dove Mountain K8, Butterfield, Rattlesnake Ridge, and Quail Run Elementary were recognized for their scholastic accomplishments and achievements in and out of the classroom as part of the Stars of Honor program. They were awarded a special certificate and tickets to the University of Arizona football game on September 16 against University of Texas at El Paso where they were featured on the big screen!

In partnership with local school districts, colleges, and universities across the U.S., Stars of Honor strives to recognize the outstanding achievements of our nation's youth. The Stars of Honor award was created to recognize students for their outstanding achievements both inside and outside the classroom, and to encourage students throughout the U.S. to strive for greatness and become leaders in our communities.
