MUSD encourages all parents/guardians to pick up a district-owned Chromebook for each enrolled student. If your student still has the one loaned in March, great ... those are the same computers students will use beginning August 5 when the school year begins. Not only will it be beneficial for every student to have their own device rather than sharing with family members, but we have also found that many of the District’s specific learning applications only work on Chrome. District-owned devices also come with District purchased security features including Securly, Gaggle, and GoGuardian. Families will also receive a charging cord and personalized information to assist with computer login and use. Check with your student’s school for distribution dates/times.
