As an Arizona PBIS awarded school, we are Pawsitively Proud of our Tigers and Tiger Cubs for being Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn. Students earned over 12,000 Positive Paws for their outstanding behavior.
Tiger Dens Foster Excellence
Having older and younger students interact in positive ways is especially important in a K-8 setting. All classes have been assigned to multi-grade dens to build community, reinforce PBIS, and strive for excellence.
Peaceful Playgrounds
Implemented to reduce conflict and increase playground fun, children have fewer disagreements when they understand common rules for games such as football, soccer, horse, 4-square, tetherball, bowling dodgeball, and alphabet track.

Celebrate literacy with Twin Peaks K-8! Join us for an evening of family fun at Literacy Night on Thursday, April 25 at 6:00-7:30pm. The evening will include authors, presentations, student displays and more. Our library will host the Scholastic Book Fair, and it will be open during Literacy Night.

During the month of April, students in grades 3-8 will take Arizona's state accountability assessments, Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment (AASA) and Arizona Science (AzSCI).

Every day at Twin Peaks K-8 is a day that students and staff work hard to keep our campus “kind.” Students focus on “filling buckets” with kind words and kind actions. Students discuss how to be kind not only at school, but also in their home and their community.

Twin Peaks K-8 is pleased to announce the achievement of Level 1 certification in Marzano High Reliability Schools™. Level 1 certification means our school has created a “Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture,” which is the foundation for every level that follows.
